The findings of this report come from the interview with an employee and HR manager of New Zealand based company – Pacific Flight Catering. The interview topic is based on training and development procedures and activities in the company. The company currently has three main training programs including induction for new staff, refresher training and additional training. After reviewing the training procedures of the company, most procedures are conformed to relevant theories and concepts.
